Our commitment
InstaCredit (instacredit.in) does not collect or sell your personal credit data without explicit consent. When using Google Sign-In, we only utilize basic identity information (Email and Name) to securely authenticate your account.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you use Google Sign-In, your name.
- Application details you provide: name, date of birth, mobile number, occupation, monthly income, primary bank and city.
- Activity: which partner offers you choose to apply for, so we can show your application history.
We never ask for your credit score, bank passwords or card PINs.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To match your profile with eligible RBI-registered bank and NBFC partners.
- To send service messages and offer updates to all registered users. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or on your email preferences page.
Sharing
Your details are passed to a lending partner only when you choose to apply with that partner. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Only you and authorised InstaCredit staff can view your profile.
Your rights
You can view and update your details at any time. To request a copy or permanent deletion of your data, email support@instacredit.in from your registered address; we will act on verified requests promptly.
